Returns & Claims Policy

At Ruhlistic Decor, every piece is carefully selected to bring refined beauty, warmth, and timeless character into your home. Many of our products are handcrafted, artisan-made, or finished by hand, which means natural variations in color, texture, shape, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Please review our return and claims policy below before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist with the claim.

To help us process your request, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• Photos of the original packaging

• Photos of the shipping label

• A brief description of the issue

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been fully reviewed. In some cases, the item and packaging may be required for inspection or return.

Claims submitted after the inspection window may not be eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.


Handcrafted Product Variations

Many Ruhlistic Decor products are handcrafted or hand-finished. Slight variations in color, texture, size, glaze, finish, or natural material are expected and are not considered defects.

These unique details are part of what makes each piece distinctive.


Return Eligibility

Approved returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-defective items.

All returns must be authorized by Ruhlistic Decor before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be subject to return freight charges and restocking fees.

To be eligible for return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• The item must have no price labels, markings, writing, or damage to the product or packaging

• The return must be approved in advance by Ruhlistic Decor


Non-Defective Returns

For approved non-defective returns, including changes of mind, incorrect sizing, style preference, or customer cancellation after processing, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

The customer is also responsible for all return shipping or freight costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, or final sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once processed.


Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, return freight costs, or other approved deductions.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or subject to a 30% restocking fee and any applicable freight or handling charges.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the order status. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If an order has already shipped, it will be handled under our standard return policy.


Backorders

If an item is temporarily unavailable, it may be placed on backorder. We will do our best to keep you informed regarding availability and estimated shipping timing.

Backordered items may be canceled at our discretion if the item becomes unavailable, discontinued, or delayed for an extended period.

All return and claim requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back.
